We publish information about the association so that anyone can easily verify it in the public registers.
Legal identity
Senior klub Želeč a Bezděčín z.s. is a registered association under Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code. It came into existence on being entered in the register of associations on 22 August 2019 and holds Company ID (IČO) 08382565.
Statutory body
The register of associations lists Věra Lukešová as chairperson. The current entry in the register is always authoritative. Other officers will be named on this website only once confirmed by the association.
Statutes and decision-making
The association's internal workings — its bodies, their powers and how decisions are made — are governed by its statutes, filed in the collection of documents of the register. We will gladly provide a copy on request.
Finances and annual reports
The association is required to file its financial statements in the collection of documents. Once documents are approved for publication on this website, you will find them on the Documents page.
